To help address this concern, we provide a brokerage service for businesses, education and training providers, co-ordinating work-related learning activities that aim to improve the aspirations and economic awareness of young people and develop their employability skills in line with local business needs.
Each year we organise a huge skills and careers event for young people aged 14-24. The 2019 event takes place on Thursday 20th June at the East of England Arena.
We organise over 1000 placement opportunities each year for young people in Peterborough. This provides young people with invaluable experience of the world of work.
