Businesses regularly voice their concern about the work-readiness of young people coming out of education at all levels. To help address this concern, we provide a brokerage service for businesses, education and training providers, co-ordinating work-related learning activities that aim to improve the aspirations and economic awareness of young people and develop their employability skills in line with local business needs.
We organise over 1000 placement opportunities each year for young people in Peterborough. This provides young people with invaluable experience of the world of work.
We send out a monthly careers newsletter to all of the schools in our area providing up-to-date skills news, guidance, details of forthcoming events and other useful information.
If you want to find out more about how we can help your students prepare for the world of work,
