Inspire and prepare young people for the fast-changing world of work in your community.
The Enterprise Adviser Network is a national scheme run by The Careers & Enterprise Company, delivered in Peterborough and Huntingdonshire by The Skills Service.
Enterprise Advisers are senior business volunteers who use their experience and professional networks to get more employers into schools and colleges to support young people’s education.
The Skills Service aims to provide inspiration and raise aspirations for young people's future careers while also helping to develop a rich and relevant talent pool that meets the skills needs of employers and potential employers in the area.
You can support the work of The Skills Service in many different ways, from supporting activities in local schools to engaging your staff in skills workshops.
We are looking for local business people to become Skills Champions and pledge support to help us improve the aspirations and economic awareness of young people through our events.
Can you help us up-skill young people and prepare them for the world of work?
