Peterborough Greyhound Stadium is looking to recruit bar and betting staff to work at the Stadium on a Saturday night. Hours: 5.45pm – 11.15pm (Bar); 7pm -10.45pm (Tote). This is a part-time position. There will be opportunities to work some Wednesday and Friday evenings, subject to demand. Full training will be given. Must be at least 18.
Peterborough Greyhound Stadium is looking to recruit a senior Assistant Chef reporting to the Head Chef.
Qualifications: City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or VRNVQ / NVQ level 2; Basic food hygiene.
Hours: Normally 35 hours per week worked on a rota basis, to include weekends and bank holidays.
Additional hours will be required at peak times. The successful candidate will be expected to adopt a flexible approach to hours of work. Salary negotiable.
Peterborough Greyhound Stadium is looking to recruit kitchen staff to work in the dish-wash area of the Restaurant kitchen Wed/Fri/Saturday evenings. Hours: 6.00pm – 11.00pm (Wed); 5.00pm -11.00pm (Fri/Sat). This is a part-time position. Full training will be given. Must be at least 18.
