Students aged 12-17 that are interested in studying medicine are invited to apply for the Medical Aspirations scheme at the University of East Anglia.
Applying to study medicine can be daunting, especially without any experience within your family or friends to draw upon. Finding out more about medical careers can also be difficult if you don’t know people who are already doctors or have studied medicine.
Medical Aspirations can help to answer questions and give you a glimpse into the life of a medical student. The scheme is a three day, two night residential during February half-term. It also provides ongoing support with applying to study medicine.
More information about the scheme and how to apply can be found here
Students are guaranteed an interview to study Medicine at UEA (subject to meeting minimum entry requirements) and could win a scholarship to pay for four years of tuition fees/living costs.
